Return & Refund Policy

All returned goods or products will be inspected along with the original receipt. The items must be in good condition and in their original packaging, including the original shipping container. If the goods or products have been used or damaged by the customer, a refund will not be issued.

BEHCO HARDWARE MART (M) SDN BHD will not be responsible for any loss or damage of the shipment during return transit. Once we have inspected and confirmed the returned goods or products, customers will receive their refund within 7 days after confirmation.
