Parallel pin punch for driving out dowel pins, roll pins and taper pins once the taper punch has started them moving. The parallel tip holds its diameter down the full working length, so the pin keeps moving after it has entered the bore instead of the punch jamming against the hole. Hardened and tempered alloy steel with a struck head. Size is the tip diameter followed by the overall length.
